In this case study Simon Bunter describes how fingerprints on a security gate in a block of flats were virtually impossible to place and their relative positions were consistent with the defendant carrying the gate 10 years before it was erected.

This is one of a growing number of cases where Mr Bunter has been able to show that identified fingerprints were placed by wholly innocent means. Please feel free to read about some of his other cases in the News section of this website.
