Luke Wilkins is a Digital Forensic Investigator at Keith Borer Consultants, specialising in the forensic examination of computers, including indecent images of children. He has the following qualifications: Master of Engineering (Computer Science). In February 2020, he successfully completed the X-Ways Forensics Course.

Keith Borer Consultants operates a Continuous Professional Development Scheme for all staff. Within this scheme, Mr Wilkins undertakes regular training and development in the field of Digital Forensics, including attending conferences and relevant training courses.
