The article makes a strong argument, which we wholly support. Furthermore, it has been borne out by our case experience as one of the main providers of forensic services to the defence. Our most recent newsletter contains an article entitled ‘Still waiting for Disclosure?’. It includes an example of cell site work commissioned by the defence which exonerated their client.
