Forbes Scott joined Keith Borer Consultants in July 2021, after a long career as a Forensic Collision Investigator with Norfolk Constabulary.

During his police service, Mr Scott’s prime responsibility was to attend scenes of fatal and serious injury collisions, including those involving police vehicles, and to collect and evaluate any potential evidence in order to endeavour to reconstruct the events for Magistrates’, Crown and Coroners’ Courts. He has regularly given evidence in these courts. Mr Scott also peer reviewed colleagues’ reports prior to publication.

Mr Scott is a keen motorcyclist, having held a licence for over 29 years and holds the Gold award from RoSPA. He also holds a licence to drive large goods vehicles (LGVs) and is currently an examiner for IAM RoadSmart.

Keith Borer Consultants operates a Continuous Professional Development Scheme for all staff. Within this scheme Mr Scott undertakes regular training and development in the field of Forensic Collision Investigation, including attending conferences and relevant training courses.
