James Keenan

After 30 years as a police officer, in 2006 James Keenan joined Keith Borer Consultants as an Accident Investigator. His prime responsibilities as a police investigator were to attend scenes of fatal and serious injury accidents, collect and evaluate any potential evidence and endeavour to reconstruct the incidents to determine their cause before presenting his findings in Magistrates', Coroners' and Crown Courts. James is also a former chairman of the Institute of Traffic Accident Investigators.
