Dr Guy Cooper
BSc(Hons), PhD, CChem, MRSC

Guy Cooper has worked as a forensic consultant since 1995.  He is instructed in around 80 criminal cases each year.  His cases encompass a range of issues, and in particular involve footwear mark evidence and evidence including the transfer of glass fragments from breaking or broken windows, screens, bottles and glasses.  Dr Cooper also prepares reports on cases involving tool marks, physical fit evidence, the transfer of different types of materials and on the direction of breakage of reconstructed glass panes and bottles. Dr Cooper graduated with a PhD in crystallography from University College London.
