Mr Winstanley has been employed by Keith Borer Consultants since May 2010. Prior to that, he spent 30 years as a police officer, 10 years of which were as a specialist Forensic Collision Investigator. He has the following qualifications and memberships: DipASM, LCGI and MITAI. He was a Registered Forensic Practitioner and Specialty Assessor in Road Traffic Investigation (Collision Investigation) up to 31st March 2009 when the CRFP register closed.
