Accounts / Administration Assistant

The role involves:

  • Preparing bills to send to customers (solicitors and courts)
  • Checking monthly expenses for employees
  • Processing monies received from customers
  • Daily reporting, both locally and to head office
  • Aspects of purchasing / supplier queries
  • Assisting with administration tasks
  • Assisting with customer queries
  • Holiday cover for other office roles

The successful candidate will be a team player, with excellent organisational, telephone and typing skills, and be able to take responsibility for their own workload. Previous experience in a busy office environment would be advantageous.
